This is a dairy/milk note, very gentle.
It is not a flavor on its own, but rather a blender to be used in conjunction with other ingredients.

*** Note: This flavor contains 'custard' ingredients: Acetoin & Acetylpropionyl.

We now have a new milk flavor that does not contain custard notes.
It is called DX Milk Flavor

Ingredients: Natural and Artificial Flavors, Propylene Glycol.
