Pure ethyl maltol crystals. These can be dissolved in alcohol or Propylene Glycol @ 10%. (use a little heat). We do sell this pre-diluted. It is The Flavor Apprentice Cotton Candy Flavor, which is 10% Ethyl Maltol crystals in Propylene Glycol.

Includes a 1/32 tsp scoop for easy measuring for recipes.
