We warranty this atomizer only if dead on arrival. If your atomizer is DOA , you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment for a replacement.

We highly suggest using a few drops of plain PG to test them with upon arrival, so you can insure they are in working order

Since my last post, I order them and after 10 days I'm still on my first one. The high bridge I believe is the reason. Again, with the great service and product I will be ordering again.

Nice clean atty out of the bag that didn't require any extra steps or hocus pocus to get it fired up. Three drops and this thing was producing great flavor and it has a tall bridge that produces a nice open draw.

I like an atty that doesn't burn easy and will gently let me know my juice is low and I have found it.
